Principal Speaker (CONPCASS 08)
Candidates need to hold a Master’s degree in the pertinent field from an identified school, with at least 15 years of teaching, research, or industrial work experience in a greater school, or a PhD with 12 years of mentor, research study, or industrial work experience. Registration with the pertinent professional body is required.
Senior Speaker (CONPCASS 07)
Applicants need to hold a Master’s degree in the pertinent field from an acknowledged school with at least 12 years of mentor, research study, or industrial work experience, or a PhD in the appropriate discipline with at least 9 years of mentor, research, or industrial work experience. Registration with the relevant expert body is needed.
Speaker I (CONPCASS 06)
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in the relevant field from an identified school with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or a PhD in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of teaching, research, or commercial work experience. Registration with the appropriate professional body is needed.
Speaker II (CONPCASS 05)
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in the appropriate field from an acknowledged school with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, or PhD teaching, research study, or commercial work experience.
Speaker III (CONPCASS 03)
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in the appropriate field from an identified school and an NYSC certificate.
Assistant Speaker (CONPCASS 02)
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Department from an identified school, plus an NYSC certificate.

Candidates should hold an HND at Credit level in the relevant field from an identified school, with at least 3 years post-qualification cognate experience.
Technologist II (CONPCASS 02)
Candidates must hold an HND at Credit level plus an NYSC certificate.
Instructor (CONPCASS 02)
Prospects must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Department, or an HND at Credit level, plus an NYSC certificate.
Curator II (CONPCASS 02)
Prospects must hold an excellent Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division in Library Science, plus an NYSC certificate.
Elder Medical Officer I (CONMESS 04)
Candidates must hold MBBS, be signed up with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, and have at least 6 years post-qualification work experience.
Medical Officer I (CONMESS 03)
Prospects should hold MBBS, be signed up with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, and have an NYSC certificate.
Nursing Officer I (CONHESS 09)
Prospects should hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Department in Nursing, registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, and an NYSC certificate.
Designer II (CONTEDISS 08)
Candidates need to hold a Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised school and be registered with the Architectural Registration Council of Nigeria.
Senior Foreman (CONTEDISS 07)
Prospects must hold Trade Test Certificate Grade I (NTC, Trade Test) and at least 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.
Medical Laboratory Researcher (CONTEDISS 08)
Prospects must hold a great degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognised school and be registerable with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Scientists/Technologists.
