Launched at the TED conference in Vancouver last month, the brand-new Khan TED Institute was developed in partnership with the similarity Google, Microsoft and Accenture to guarantee “deep importance with the rapidly changing nature of work” said ETS.

The inaugural program will be a bachelor’s degree in applied AI, created to prepare trainees for careers across innovation, consulting, finance, item management, and other knowledge‑intensive fields.
Unveiling the new design, Khan Academy CEO Sal Khan stated each founding firm brought something various to the partnership, with his business specialising in “proficiency and mastery-based knowing”.

The partners are looking for American degree accreditation, with strategies to rapidly scale beyond the United States.
Instead of learning from a conventional university faculty: “Trainees will take part in structured group work, live sessions with TED speakers and believed leaders, dialogue sessions, and collaborative jobs”, Sevak discussed.
He stressed there would be “no squandered seat time” and trainees would take part in peer-based tutoring and proficiency based evaluations, with access to AI-enabled knowing assistance.
