“When communities are in conflict, schools close, farms are abandoned, organizations suffer, and youths lose opportunities,” he cautioned, noting that investing in institutional peace directly secures local incomes.

The operationalisation of the building marks the fulfilment of a capital job dedication initiated less than a year earlier following its preliminary groundbreaking in September 2025, building upon fundamental certificate course models originated by the immediate previous District Governor, Dr Oluwole Kukoyi.
