Orientation for fresh undergrads
The university has likewise fixed orientation for registered trainees ahead of the admission event.
Orientation dates and place
The orientation workout is slated for Monday, 20 April, and Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at the New Convocation Square.

Admission gown collection and payment details
Professors Officers are to begin releasing matriculation gowns to registered students in their Faculties from Friday, 17 April 2026.
Each student is needed to collect an enlisting dress after payment of a non-refundable charge of N2000.00.

How trainees will collect dress
Candidates are to provide the bank receipt to their Professors Officers for collection of the dress. Faculty Officers are to keep invoices of dress released to candidates.
The Academic Office is to provide the needed enlisting dress to Professors Officers for onward lease to registered fresh trainees who have paid the N2000.00 charge.
Return of dress and late return fine
Fresh students are expected to return admission gowns to their Professors Officers for onward submission to the Academic Workplace on or before Friday, 1 May 2026.
Late return of gowns will bring in a fine of N500.00 daily, payable to the Bursary Department of the University.
What fresh students need to download
All fresh students are to download the Matriculation Oath and University Anthem from the MOAUM University Portal and bring them to the orientation and matriculation event.
