Northwest University, Kano has introduced a summer season course programme for students. The University said the move is aimed at correcting scholastic weak points and improving scholastic standards.

That means the summer season session is not for every trainee in the University; it is for the classifications named in the notice.
Registration date for the summertime courses
Registration for the summertime courses for the very first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday, 23 March 2026, and end on Sunday, 29 March 2026.
Students who prepare to participate will need to finish the procedure within that window; the schedule is short and direct.
Summer season course charges and payment information
Interested trainees are to make the needed online payments before finishing registration. The notification states that the main registration cost is N20,000, while the registration cost for each course is N5,000.
After payment, each trainee is anticipated to complete registration and download the registration form.
Submission of form and screening
The printed registration form, in addition to the payment invoice, must be sent to the student’s Professors for screening.
That part is clear enough; payment alone does not end the process. The kind and invoice need to still go to the Faculty.
Guidelines for the summer session
Students are not allowed to register courses from 2 various semesters in the exact same summertime session. The University also stated that only courses from one semester will be permitted in a provided summer session.
The notice includes one more point, and it appears: all payments are non-refundable.
