The Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF), Owerrinta, Abia State, has revealed the start of the sale of JAMB UTME registration documents for admission into its National Diploma (ND) programs for the 2026/2027 academic session.According to the management of the College, admission is open exclusively to workers of the Army of Nigeria and other Security Agencies. Candidates need to possess a minimum of five(5) Ordinary Level credit passes in SSCE or GCE, or their equivalents, such as NABTEB NTC/NBC.
