    NDDC Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship 2026/2027

    The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has opened applications for the 2026/2027 Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Program. The scheme is meant to support personnel advancement in the Niger Delta region.
