The kid supposedly died on Easter Sunday, April 5, after allegedly sustaining injuries from an event involving a senior student prior to the Easter holiday.

According to accounts shared by Oga Yenne television, the incident presumably took place in the school hostel, where a Senior Secondary School (SS3) student apparently confronted the deceased during the evaluation duration over arrangements. It was declared that after the more youthful student decreased to share, the senior trainee struck him on the neck, causing him to lose consciousness.

Sources said other students raised the alarm, prompting intervention by school authorities, and the victim was hurried to a hospital where he later gained back awareness before being gone back to school.

The family, nevertheless, declared they were not notified of any such incident before the young boy was released for the holiday. Upon returning home, he reportedly experienced extreme neck pain and was initially treated with pain relief medication.

His condition later weakened, resulting in his admission to a healthcare facility, where he subsequently died.

According to the report, medical findings suggested that the death was connected to issues occurring from embolism in the neck area.

A video circulating online shows the mourning mom revealing distress and demanding accountability over her boy’s death.

When called, the dad of the deceased declined to comment on the accusations, stating:

“Sorry, I’m not in a position to make any remark now. I’m still in discomforts.”
