Investigations revealed that Philips utilized the created NYSC letter to protect positioning at the International Design Science Academy, Kwali, where he taught for nearly a year while signing regular monthly clearance papers in Lugbe, Abuja Municipal Location Council (AMAC).
More queries revealed that he cloned university email addresses and defrauded seven moms and dads of around 1.3 million, promising Cambridge University scholarships and extra lessons for their kids.
