The chance to add to the development and advancement of others.

The “Care4Others” task, through which we enhance the hospitality essence within the DNA of all our campuses, instilling in every student the authentic worth of looking after others with kindness.

What’s a piece of work you take pride in– and what did it teach you?

The growth of Les Roches through innovation and expansion. It taught me that results are not something you chase; they come naturally when you pursue a purpose you identify with and that creates real value for the customer.

What’s a little day-to-day routine that assists you in your work?

Taking a few minutes before each meeting to reflect beforehand on the expectations of those going to.

What’s one modification you want to see in your sector over the next few years?

That society discovers the vital importance, specifically at this moment, of education in human relations and hospitality– and that interest in studying hospitality increases once again in both public and private universities.

What idea, book, podcast or conversation has stayed with you recently?

The book Leaders Eat Last. I think it perfectly specifies the leadership design that results in cumulative success.

What’s one piece of recommendations you ‘d give to somebody beginning in this field?

Focus more on how to create higher service value for others through your work than on attaining positions or making money. The latter undoubtedly follows when you apply the former.
