Keep in mind: NABTEB can just be combined with NABTEB. UTME: Candidates must have sat for the 2026 UTME and got the needed cutoff point. JAMB Subject Mix: English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Proof of completion of ND in HIM or Health Records Service technician with a minimum of Lower Credit. Professional Requirements:
A current practicing license. Work Experience: Evidence of one (1) year necessary Industrial Training(IT) from a recognized health organization. Special Factor To Consider: Candidates with a Pass( CGPA 2.00
