Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI )has announced the schedule for
the 2025/2026 2nd term inception test. The quiz will start on Monday, 18 May 2026, and end on Friday, 22 May 2026, as mentioned in the approved scholastic calendar.
Tabulation AE-FUNAI Second Semester Beginning Quiz Date AE-FUNAI will hold the creation quiz for one week. The exercise starts on Monday, 18 May 2026, and ends on Friday, 22 May 2026; trainees are anticipated to take part within the stated period.
Missing out on the quiz has a direct penalty.
Any trainee who fails to participate will get a score of zero.
Tasks of Deans and HODs
Deans are to manage the smooth conduct of the quiz across their professors.
Heads of Academic Departments will work with lecturers to make sure the exercise runs without preventable issues, while a management monitoring team will examine compliance throughout the quiz period.
Documents HODs Need To Send
Heads of Academic Departments should collate and submit soft copies of the needed files to the Directorate of Academic Preparation.
The files are:
- Beginning quiz results
- 2025/2026 department course allowances
- Departmental lecture schedules
The Directorate of Academic Preparation will receive the files through a Google link to be shared.
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, 27 May 2026.
All worried officers and students must keep in mind the dates and act within the stated timeline.
