
The offer brings EduCorePro’s technology platform, products, and professional AI group into Acumen’s worldwide admissions and enrolment services department, enhancing the business’s capability to deliver quicker, more precise and more scalable enrolment results for college institutions worldwide.
As part of the transaction, EduCorePro founder and CEO Bhushan Samant will join Acumen as primary innovation officer of its admissions and enrolment services department, where he will lead the integration of AI abilities into the business’s international operations.
Acumen said the combined organisation will integrate EduCorePro’s automation and AI tools with its own human-led admissions know-how to build a next-generation enrolment platform.
Acumen said the acquisition comes as organizations are under pressure to improve “compliance, application quality, scams detection, visa trustworthiness, functional efficiency and conversion efficiency,” while also managing increasing demand for faster decision-making and improved candidate experience.
EduCorePro’s existing platform focuses on AI-powered tools developed to simplify admissions workflows, including document handling, candidate engagement, operational reporting and enrolment intelligence. Acumen stated these capabilities will assist universities enhance application turnaround times, engagement and conversion performance.
The business likewise highlighted wider sector obstacles driving the need for automation, keeping in mind that universities are running under “growing application volumes and heightened student expectations around speed, responsiveness and user experience.”.
