What has the Ogun State Ministry revealed?
The Ministry has revealed that the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Assessment will be conducted in all public and personal junior secondary schools in Ogun State.
The BECE is for trainees in their final year of Junior Secondary School and it marks the move from JSS 3 to the senior secondary level.
Who will be enabled to write the 2026 Ogun BECE?
Only candidates who signed up online for the assessment will be enabled to write.
Any candidate who did not finish the online registration will not be enabled to participate in the assessment, so schools and candidates must confirm registration status before the first paper.
What are principals expected to do?
Principals are expected to make correct plans for the effective conduct of the evaluation.
Schools must also assist candidates on the schedule, arrival time, subject order and conduct needed throughout the assessment duration.
What conduct is gotten out of candidates?
Candidates are anticipated to comport themselves well during the examination.
The Ministry has specified that arrangements have actually been produced the smooth conduct of the assessment and prospects should follow the guidelines provided by their schools and assessment authorities.
