The Polytechnic said MICS is a one-stop digital platform for academic services. It was established to simplify administrative treatments under the acronym SPEAKS. The move comes as MAPOLY shifts scholastic file processing to a central online platform.

Change from Statement of Result to Notification of Result
MAPOLY recalled that the Academic Board approved the replacement of the Statement of Outcome with the Notification of Outcome.
That modification worked from the 2024/2025 academic session. So, for impacted graduates, the Notification of Result is now the document in use.
