• A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division from an acknowledged university, or
• A Postgraduate Diploma from an identified school with cumulative grade point average of 3.00 on a five-point scale or 2.50 on a four-point scale

Routine Ph.D. requirement
