The tactical arrangement in between the two path giants will see Kings Education keep its brand identity, operating as a distinct group under the INTO umbrella while reinforcing INTO’s position as a major player in international education.
Kings will bring its expertise in UK and United States university pathways, English language learning, independent K-12 institutions and multinational education partner schools to INTO’s worldwide university collaborations network.
Under the deal, the 2 organisations are looking at a possible exchange of crucial programs, in addition to new micro-credential and upskilling arrangement.
The move is being hailed as “an exciting brand-new chapter in the long history of Kings”. Kings Education CEO Andrew Hutchinson stated the organisation was “happy to have actually become part of such a vibrant and successful group”.
“Together, our combined people, infrastructure, and capabilities will develop brand-new chances and outcomes for our students and partners,” he included.
This collaboration enhances our capability to engage students previously, expand their research study and progression opportunities, and deliver even greater value to our university partners

Meanwhile INTO University Partnerships CEO John Sykes stated the deal represented an “crucial turning point” for the organisation.
“In a quickly shifting international education landscape, this collaboration strengthens our capability to engage students earlier, expand their study and development opportunities, and provide even higher value to our university partners worldwide,” he stated.
“Kings brings extraordinary competence across pre university, university paths and transnational education, and together our complementary strengths produce a more resilient, more capable, and more worldwide connected organisation.”
The news follows Kings Education’s “strategic reconfiguration” of its portfolio in March, which saw it close its Beckenham school as “external pressures”– such as VAT being added to UK private school fees– took their toll.
