Technique of Application
The application form is readily available start from Monday, 28th April, 2025, through the UCH SCHOOLS’ PORTAL: https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng
Interested individuals are to do the following:
- Go to the UCH schools’ portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click the REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment.
- After successful payment, prospects are to join his/her RRR, Email and Password utilized for the payment.
- Visit with your Email and Password to continue the registration procedure.
- Go to the portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and download the Applicant’s User Guide.
- Follow the directions on the Applicants’ User Guide to input your information and submit your application online.
- Print 2 copies of your type and photocard and bring them to the evaluation centre on the day of the examination.
- Make a payment of another Five Hundred Naira (500.00) just into Health Details Managers Association of Nigeria, Account no: 0000207307, Union Bank, UCH Branch.
The screening exercise for the ND program and HND entrance assessment will be interacted to the prospects via their e-mail address. Effective applicants will be invited for an oral interview at a later date through text and the School’s site.
