The courses concentrate on procurement, environmental sustainability, and social advancement. The goal is clear; to reinforce expert capability in these areas for people already working throughout government bodies, advancement projects, and the private sector.

What the program covers
SPESSECE says the courses will provide individuals useful knowledge and skills needed for procurement management and sustainable development practice. The training targets employees whose roles connect with procurement and job delivery, especially in public service, job teams, and personal companies.
Course schedule and places
The training schedule shows that the Advanced Certificate Course in Procurement Management will hold at the Abuja Centre from 23 March to 10 April 2026. Daily sessions will start at 9:00 a.m.
. Other courses, including Sustainable Ecological Research studies and Sustainable Social Development Studies, will run in between April and June 2026. These sessions will occur at centres in Abuja, Katsina, and Kano.
Training format
The programme will run for three weeks; two weeks will cover classroom lectures, while one week will cover industrial attachment. That structure offers the training both classroom learning and practical direct exposure.
Charges for participants
SPESSECE states that public sector participants will participate in the programme tuition-free. Private sector individuals will pay a participation charge of N50,000.

Interested candidates are to use online through the main SPESSECE application portal.
Applicants are expected to complete the online kind on the site and follow the guidelines there to finalise registration.
Who can apply
The training is open to accounting officers, presidents of federal government bodies, procurement practitioners, members of tender boards, job managers, engineers, auditors, legal specialists, and other specialists involved in procurement and development tasks.
